We kicked off the year with a bang when we introduced our new feature, Cadastre, in January 2023. This highly-requested feature was a big update for our PriceHubble customers in France.
With Cadastre, you can access a comprehensive cadastral map that showcases individual parcels or plots of land. This detailed map provides crucial information such as plot number, section, commune, and total square meterage, allowing you to delve deeper into property details. Additionally, the map offers both map and satellite views, offering a comprehensive understanding of your desired locations.
In May 2023, we launched Cadastre in Belgium. This ongoing effort to enhance the PriceHubble experience provides comprehensive cadastral information, continuing to put valuable property data at your fingertips.
Building on the success of our initial release, Property Advisor's Property Pages underwent a significant update.
With new features like the Lead Generator integration, customisable sections and layout, Virtual Tour, and Exclusive Transactions, we empowered our clients with even more marketing tools to showcase property information, capture leads, and win new business.
January was a busy month for our team. We introduced Virtual Tours to Property Advisor, revolutionising the way properties are showcased.
The immersive experience provided by tour URLs enhances property viewing, making property pages formatted for social sharing and expanding exposure.
Create your virtual tour with your preferred app, obtain your sharing link, and easily add it to your dossier. From there, you can conveniently share it digitally as a comprehensive dossier or as a captivating property page. This seamless process allows you to showcase your property in a visually engaging way, reaching a wider audience and maximising its exposure.
February brought an exciting addition to Property Advisor: pricing strategy description fields.
This update allowed you to add context including strengths, weaknesses and recommendations, providing your clients with valuable insights into your pricing strategy and enhancing your chances of winning more mandates.
March marked the launch of the slick new Lead Generator with a sleek new look and feel as well as improved features. Enhanced website integration, better usability, and more customisation options make Lead Generator an even more powerful tool for generating quality leads.
In June we released an upgraded version of Socioeconomics, simplifying the way we visualise data. This feature was rolled out to all PriceHubble countries including being Introduced in Czechia for the first time . Socioeconomics provides valuable contextual insights about the real estate market.
Another highlight of 2023 was the launch of Listing Price History. This feature provides you with historical prices of properties listed for sale, equipping you with concrete data that will help you set price strategies that convince.
On top of the features and improvements mentioned earlier, we also launched an overhauled version of Market Trends for Property Advisor, providing more comprehensive data in stunning, redesigned graphs..We gave you six new graphs, including energy label per number of listings, approximate yield per energy label, and days on the market per energy label, to name a few. We included filters that help deepen your analysis. We moved Market to the side bar for better accessibility and made it possible to include them in your PDF exports.
Because we knew how powerful access to these market-leading insights was for all PriceHubble customers, we rolled-out this update on Building Analyser as well.
