Cadastre now available in Belgium!

First France, now Belgium! We are thrilled to be rolling out to other regions ––– PriceHubble customers in Belgium now have access to Cadastre…

When we launched Cadastre in France, we made sure to underline the fact that we would be working hard to make this data available in other regions. We are ecstatic that we were able to add another country release to the fold in such a short time!

This update allows our Belgian customers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the properties they are interested in. Cadastre provides detailed cadastral information about individual plots of land, including property lines, plot information , section, commune, total square meterage, and more. All this information is available directly within our platform, making it easy for you to access everything you need in one place.

To access Cadastre, simply create a dossier and scroll down to Cadastre in the left sidebar.

From there, explore the cadastral map (in map or satellite view) and gain a better understanding of the property’s cadastral information, or click on surrounding properties to see their information.

In addition to launching in Belgium, you can also now add cadastral information to your PDF exports –– so that information can easily be shared with others. Be sure to select it within the PDF export dialog to ensure that it’s included.
