Listing Price History gives you instant access to the historical prices of properties listed for sale directly within the PriceHubble environment. Accessing this powerful tool is as simple as a few clicks. Start by navigating to "Comparables", then click on any sale offer that interests you. From there, scroll down to find the Listing Price History section and explore.

Set winning pricing strategies

PriceHubble's Listing Price History feature equips you with concrete data that will help you set price strategies that convince. With this feature, you are able to explore a property's price evolution over time –– see what it was originally listed for, when (or how often) the price increased or decreased –– giving you valuable insights into a property’s market performance.

By incorporating historical price information directly into offers, you see consequences of pricing a property too high or too low. You get data that serves to reinforce your pricing strategy and corroborate your approach. And, you have evidence that will help you manage clients' unrealistic expectations when it comes to the market value of their property.
