It’s official!

PriceHubble is one year older and celebrates in 2020 its 4th anniversary.

With more than 60 Hubblers today, 5 countries and billions-worth of properties analysed last year, we do realise how far we’ve come and the tremendous amount of work undertaken by the team. From designers to product owners, data scientists, sales or marketing & communication experts, we are super proud of the incredible team working with us today.

We take the occasion to sincerely thank the clients and prospects who trust us everyday, and the investors who allowed us to come this far.

2020 is far from being finished and we’ll make the best of it - stay tuned!

Market analysis and expert survey show: The German residential real estate market is recovering noticeably after the lockdowns due to Covid-19

The most recent market analyses by PriceHubble clearly show that the lockdown due to Covid-19 in Germany had a significant effect on the residential property market and in particular on the supply side: The number of newly advertised online sales offers drops by 25 percentage points in the lockdown phase and the number of online rental offers by 14 percentage points compared to the development in the same period in 2019.
