Property Pages update: More customisation and added features

We recently added Property Pages to Property Advisor – so that you can share property reports in a sleek, branded and user-friendly format. In our latest product release, and now available in your Property Advisor web application, you have access to even more customisation options and features to help enhance relationships with your customers; read on to discover more.

A Property Page is a web page that‘s created from a dossier of any property, or rather, it transforms your standard property report into a landing page optimised for prospective clients.

Our initial user feedback shows that Property Pages are proving to be an excellent way to boost your marketing efforts, delight your customers and elevate brand awareness.

But as we promised, we’re not resting on our laurels.

Lead Generator integration

Most residential property sellers start their journey online. Our realtor users can capture this market by adding Lead Generator to their website. Lead Generator is a tool that lets you acquire leads by offering free property valuations

In this release, it is now possible to add a button to a Property Page that will direct traffic directly to your site to get a quick and free new property valuation from your Lead Generator integration and enter your sales funnel as a new lead.

Customisable sections and layout

Storytelling – when speaking to prospective owners, sellers and buyers – is part science and part art; it is also the method you use to make your case to clients. With this update, you can include and exclude property information so that the digital reports you share contain only the most relevant information.

You can now use Property Pages to show the rich property valuation and market insights that are most relevant to your individual customers and help them towards success, while using you as their realtor of choice at the same time!

Overview is where you will see the all-important sale price projection of the property along with the price/m2 along with an interactive map and photos of the property.The overview section can't be reordered or turned off (it‘s too important) but everything else is down to you and your team‘s preferences. Sections can be reordered – drag and drop the section you’d like to move up or down on the Property Page, it really couldn’t be easier or quicker to do.

Show a virtual tour of a property

Virtual tour is brand new to Property Advisor!

This feature can be found on the dossier creation page – simply add the link to the property’s virtual tour in the relevant field. Once added, a button linking to the virtual tour will appear as a button overlaid on the property image on your Property Page.

This update will reinforce your digital prowess in the era of modern real estate and keep you ahead of your lagging competitors when winning new business.

Show Exclusive Transactions in Property Pages depending on dash filters

With Exclusive Transactions in Property Advisor you can include your sales in the comparables section of a dossier and now that is mirrored in the accompanying Property Page and is manageable by the filters you select when creating a dossier.

Customers will get a visual overview of all transactions you’ve concluded, the most convincing argument for sellers –– your track record! This kind of visual proof of your expertise is vital to building trust and winning new mandates in the current competitive market that we are experiencing.
