We are happy to announce the latest upgrade of Building Analyser, the advanced Building PDF reports. With this update, you can generate comprehensive PDF reports for entire buildings, taking data-driven decision-making to new heights. Let's explore what this feature can do for you.

Get ready for the new advanced PDF reports feature of Building Analyser! We've pulled out all the stops to bring you synthetic, data-driven, and comprehensive reports that give you a whole new level of insight at the building level.

These reports are game-changers when it comes to investment analysis, development, and asset management. We want to help you make faster and more informed decisions, and that's why we've designed these reports to provide robust market analysis that will wow even the toughest internal investment committees.

Our reports provide a wealth of information, bringing together sales and rental prices for each unit at the building level. You'll gain a thorough understanding of market trends and neighborhood attributes, such as demographics, accessibility, points of interest, and environmental factors. It's a valuable resource for investors and developers, with key insights on market analysis, statistics, and days on market. No fluff, just straightforward and essential information.

But it doesn't stop there – our reports are not just data dumps. We've carefully crafted them to provide you with concise and easily digestible insights that are backed by solid data. Say hello to reports that are accurate, readable, and impactful!

How does the export of the advanced PDF reports work?

Using the new advanced PDF reports is a breeze. First, click on the option button. Then select the "Export PDF report" option.

Once you select the "Export PDF report" option, you'll have the option to choose between one of the two new templates:

1. A template including the key building location statistics, such as rent and sales price evolution, socio-economic insights, and the nearby construction projects.
2. A full building report with all the insights on your building including detailed valuations that provide a clear picture of a building's worth and comprehensive unit details to understand each aspect of your building. And that's not all – this report also includes vital market trends, rent liquidity analysis, transaction data specific to your area, and more.

Once you've chosen your desired template, click on "Create PDF" to enter preview mode.

Preview and Edit

We’re stoked to present our brand new preview view for PDFs. This update makes it possible for you to see what your advanced report will look like before you export it.

You will also be able to edit and customise content right there, in context.

Of course, you don’t have to. If you are happy with your report just the way it is, simply click on "Download" to generate your PDF. Otherwise proceed to edit it by clicking on "Edit PDF".

In the editing interface, you have complete control over the content and organisation of your report. You can easily reorder pages by dragging and dropping them into place, delete unwanted content or pages by clicking on the bin icon, edit the text and scroll through the document to find what you need. Plus, you can make unlimited changes with the undo/redo function, so your report comes out looking perfect!

Once you've made all the adjustments you want, click on "Done" and then "Download" to generate your PDF report.

Et voilà! You’ll get a stunningly designed document. PriceHubble's valuable insights and data is transformed into engaging content displayed in captivating layouts, including vibrant graphics.

Launched in Beta phase

The advanced PDF reports feature is currently in development and is considered a work in progress. We're introducing this new functionality in Beta, indicating that it's ready for you to explore and familiarise yourself with, though we continue to refine it.

In the coming weeks, expect to see the Building Analyser’s reports continuously improve and gain additional functionality!
