This bold move positions us as one of the most powerful players in the European software landscape, specialising in Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Our new team combines expertise across the entire value chain—from property brokerage to property leasing—under one roof.
The driving force behind this merger was the realisation that two highly effective CRM competence centres within the AVIV Group were operating as profitable entities with perfectly complementary target groups: real estate agents and the housing industry. "By consolidating this expertise under one roof, we can offer our customers the greatest value-added capabilities in the entire European real estate CRM market. Therefore, our decision was a logical step," says CEO Alexander Köth.
