The Paris Chamber of Notaries has embarked on an ambitious artificial intelligence project alongside PriceHubble, which will develop an algorithm based on notarial real estate data for Ile-de-France (ADSN-BIEN data, used by Paris Notaires Services), gathering deeds of sale registered in Ile-de-France for the past 25 years. This new exclusive tool aims to offer instantaneous and reliable estimates for all types of properties in Ile-de-France.
As Loeiz Bourdic, Director of PriceHubble France, explains, "convincing a demanding player such as the Paris Chamber of Notaries is a decisive step in the deployment of our technologies to institutional investors. This partnership rewards the work of the teams, who have been able to deploy the most efficient real estate estimation algorithms in France, Switzerland, Germany and even Japan in the past few years. "
For Bertrand Savouré, President of the Paris Chamber of Notaries, "real estate is the core business for the notariat, which performs a general interest mission of real estate price statistics with a very high level of reliability, since our statistics are certified INSEE and ASP (Public Statistics Authority). In this context, this ambitious project offers an opportunity for the notariat to develop a new high-performance automatic appraisal tool at the service of clients, anchored in the 21st century. "
The first phase of this research and development project was launched in February, with the first results from September 2020.
