In early 2023, Coventry City Council became one of the first local authorities to adopt our HMO Discovery solution and began investigating candidate properties which our unique scorecard identified as being likely to be unlicensed HMOs.

The results

Coventry City Council has already realised a 10x return on investment through fines and collection of additional licensing revenue, from completing investigations into only just a small proportion of high priority cases to date, with a success rate of 95%.
